Welcome! Shear Diligence is an alpaca and llama shearing business based in Texas. Our unique shearing approach sets us apart. Each alpaca receives a quality cut, toenails are trimmed, and the fiber is bagged into separate grades, all for one low price! Unlike other shearers, our pace is deliberate and not overwhelmingly fast. We shear fast enough to keep the animal comfortable, yet slow enough to maximize fiber harvest. 

Our schedule for the 2012 shearing season is in place! We have limited availability at this stage. Late entries may be subject to a surcharge depending on location and/or size of the herd. Please contact us as soon as possible if you still need to book your shearing.
